About this test
In a few short years, red flag went from forum slang to something people say at family dinners. Originally it meant a warning sign spotted early in a relationship: a phrase, a habit, a reaction that quietly announces what's coming. The catch is that almost nobody uses it about themselves.
This test points the camera the other way. Sixteen very ordinary situations — a plan to confirm, an argument at 11pm, an ex resurfacing — are enough to reveal the pattern you keep repeating without noticing. Eight profiles are possible: the ghost who evaporates, the controller who stays informed, the fence-sitter, the volcano, the overgrown kid, the collector of contacts, the fixer of lost causes, and the velcro with no decompression chamber.
None of these is a verdict, and this is obviously not a diagnosis. A red flag you can name becomes a debatable habit; one you can't see becomes a breakup nobody understands. The point is to laugh at yourself honestly enough to recognise the pattern next time it shows up.
This test is provided for entertainment purposes only. It is not a diagnosis or professional advice.
